Astronaut Neil Armstrong, the  first person to walk on the Moon was presented with a Brian de Staic Riasc Necklace when he visited County Kerry. Mrs. Armstrong was also presented with a fuchsia necklace and earrings.

Actress and director Cecilia Peck looked gorgeously sleek at the Emmys, accented with her Brian de Staic Aglish Pendant.
Cecilia's grandfather, Gregory Peck, had Irish roots from the area the Aglish Pillar was found.

Oscar nominated and four time Golden Globe winner Laura Dern visited the Brian de Staic workshop. She received the Gregory Peck Award created by Brian de Staic.
The Gregory Peck Award: For Excellence in the Art of Film is based on The Aglish Pillar. The Aglish Pillar comes from Minard in Dingle. It was also the home of Gregory Peck’s Grandmother Catherine Ashe.

  • 2018 Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall were inducted into the Order of Innisfallen in a ceremony in Killarney. Each lapel pin  is individually commissioned and crafted by renowned  goldsmith Brian de Staic.

  • The Kerry County Council presented Camilla, The Duchess of Cornwall with a Brian de Staic Fuchsia Pendant & Earrings on on their visit to the Kingdom of Kerry.
