The Story :
The 5,000 years old passage tomb at Newgrange in the Boyne Valley is one of the great achievements of Megalithic man. The cryptic symbols of these beautifully decorated stones with the various patterns are a great source of wonder and fascination.
This pendant features the beautiful Triple spiral from Newgrange as well as other symbols from this era.
The oldest symbols often associated with the Celts are spirals.
Spirals appear in many forms in Celtic Art, but the earliest examples were carved on stone monuments such as Newgrange, in The Boyne Valley. A 5,000 years old Megalithic site.
The Spiral is a sacred symbol that represents eternity and continuity.
